What is the cost of The Mediation Appointment Booking Calendar?

The Mediation Appointment Booking Calendar is a monthly subscription based program, billed annually. One license costs $279 USD per month. Each additional subscription costs $50 USD per month.

Please note: if you are an existing website client, you are eligible for reduced rates. Please contact your representative for details.

Can I purchase multiple subcriptions?

Yes. You can purchase subscriptions for your entire firm. Mediators and secretaries will have their own individual login details. It will be possible to transfer appointments between mediators within the firm.

What is your cancellation policy?

The Mediation Booking Calendar subscription is renewed annually. At that time, you can choose to cancel or continue your subscription for the upcoming year. If you choose to cancel your subscription mid-term, you will still be billed until the end of your term.

New clients have a 14-day trial period to cancel, or begin their subscription.

Why do I need maintenance?

When the WordPress platform updates, we must also update your website in order for it to run properly.

On a monthly basis, we maintain your website by:

What if I still don’t want maintenance?

Although we highly recommend monthly maintenance, it is not mandatory.

We can take a responsive approach to fix your website if it breaks, crashes, or is hacked. Please note that these fixes can be costly depending on the level of severity, and broken or hacked websites can experience lengthy downtime.
